Our experiences

• Opening hours: the water park and the pool are open every day from 10:00 to 19:00.
• Opening period: the water park is open for the entire season, except in case of bad weather when the management reserves the right to close it temporarily. The pool is open from the first week of May until the village closes.
• Costs: entrance to the water park and pool costs €22 for ages 4 and up for the entire stay.
• Entrance to the water park is reserved for all guests of the Holiday park Spiaggia e Mare wearing an identification wristband, which can be purchased upon arrival at the reception at a cost of €22 (free for children up to 3 years old) and is valid for the entire duration of the stay.
• Children’s access to the slides: the “Kamikaze and Giant Slide” slides are suitable for children with a shoulder height of at least 120 cm, and the Hydrotube for children with a shoulder height of at least 110 cm.
• Sunbeds and umbrellas within the water park and pool area are available to customers free of charge and cannot be reserved. The pool is not heated. Swimming caps are not mandatory in the pool. The water park is reserved for village guests; external guests are not allowed.

Inside the Holiday park Spiaggia e Mare you will find the following services:

• Mini-market: with fresh bread, cold cuts, meat, fruit and vegetables, international newspapers and magazines, camping equipment, beach items. Gluten-free products available.
• Coin laundry: located in front of the bazaar, it is equipped with washing machines and dryers.
• Wi-Fi: the Wi-Fi service is subject to a fee of €20 for the entire stay, purchasable at the reception.
• Bicycle rental: bicycles available – periods and costs to be checked directly at the campsite
• Beach service: guests staying in accommodations booked directly through the village have one umbrella, 1 sunbed, and 1 deckchair on the beach included. All guests can rent umbrellas and sunbeds on-site at the beach bar. The service cannot be reserved
  ATM: next to the reception there is a cash withdrawal device – The main credit cards are accepted at the reception, checks are not accepted.

The pitch must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure, after this time the following day will be charged

There is a camper service on Via Zelkova, with loading and unloading service, it is reserved for campsite guests and is accessible from 8:00 to 20:00.

Accommodations and Amenities

• General: all accommodations are equipped with dishes and bed linen (blankets, sheets, and pillows). Towels and tea towels are not included.
• Dishwasher: present in all accommodations, except for Mobile Home Riviera, Sweetie, and Glamping..
• Coffee machine: not available in any accommodation.
• Microwave oven: available in holiday homes except in Mobile Home Riviera, Sweetie, and Glamping.
• Barbecue: present externally in all holiday homes, except in Sweetie.
• Satellite TV: available in all types of accommodations except Glamping Country.
• Air conditioning: available in all types of accommodations.
• Parking: all types of accommodations have a reserved parking space.

Pets

• Pets are allowed in Mobile Home Riviera, Cottage, Comfort, Green, Residence, and Smart for an additional fee.

Times and Costs

• Arrival and departure: arrival time is at 17:00 and departure at 9:00. In case of early arrival, it is possible to check in and access the common areas of the village (restaurant, pool, beach).
• Cleaning: final cleaning is included in the stay prices (for stays of at least 7 nights).
• Extra people: The accommodations host up to a maximum of 5 people. The indicated prices include 4 people; the 5th person pays an extra €25 per night (prices are already differentiated for 4 and 5 people).

The restaurant pizzeria is open every day with the kitchen open from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 18:30 to 22:30
Both the restaurant and the pizzeria offer takeaway service.
Children’s menus are available.
The bar is open every day from 7:30 to 23:00.
The beach bar is open every day from 7:30 to 19:30 and offers solutions for a quick lunch with sandwiches, burgers, salads, fruit, fresh juices, and ice cream.

Yes, the Mobile Home Superior Special – Smart is an accessible accommodation with an access ramp, accessible bathroom, walkway on the beach, and an umbrella adjacent to the walkway. Furthermore, a complete bathroom for disabled people is available for campsite guests within the common sanitary facilities.

• Booking confirmation: to confirm the booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay will be required.

• Payment methods: The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Refunds will always be net of postal or bank charges.(Cancellation of a booking must be communicated exclusively in writing via e-mail to cancellazioni@campingspiaggiamare.com, specifying the Surname and Name of the account holder, and the booking number. Cancellations communicated by phone will not be considered.)
  No refund if the communication occurs from the 29th day before the start of the booked stay.

  In case of cancellation or modifications:
  Up to 30 days before arrival: No penalty
  Subsequent cancellations and modifications or no-show
  Non-refundable

• Attention: Cancellations communicated by phone will not be considered.

Respecting the quiet, cars are allowed inside the village from 7:00 to 23:00. After this time, cars are parked in the parking lot at the entrance of the village.
From 13:30 to 15:00 please observe the quiet time to allow for rest, therefore guests are invited not to make noise (cars can circulate).

Considering the proximity to the territory of the Comacchio valleys and the Delta Park, mosquitoes are present in variable quantities depending on the weather conditions, the village provides treatments on larvae during the winter period to try to reduce the phenomenon.

• Entertainment: 23/05/2026 – 15/09/2026

For each modification, a surcharge of €20 will be calculated and charged to the account.
Modifications to the period or the type of accommodation or pitch will be possible based on availability, and the total cost of the stay will be recalculated.
