Frequently Asked Questions

We have collected some of the most frequently asked questions from our guests to help you save time searching. If you can’t find an answer to your question, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service.

What useful information should I have about the Water Park?

  • Opening hours: The water park and pool are open daily from 10 am to 7 pm.
  • Opening period: the water park is open throughout the season, except in bad weather when the management may close it briefly. The pool is open from the first week of May until the village closes.
  • Costs: full-stay admission to the water park and pool costs 22 euros for all guests over four years. Entrance to the water park is reserved for all guests of the Holiday Park Spiaggia e Mare.Guests who wish to use the facility must purchase an ID bracelet on arrival at the reception desk; the cost is €22, and it is valid for the entire duration of the stay. There is no charge for children up to three years of age.
  • Children’s access to the slides: the Kamikaze and Giant Slide are suitable for children with a shoulder height of at least 120 cm. The Hydrotube can be used by children with a shoulder height of at least 110 cm. Children up to 11 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
  • Sun loungers and beach umbrellas in the water park and pool area are available to guests free of charge and cannot be reserved. The pool is not heated. It is not compulsory to wear a swimming cap in the pool. The water park is reserved for guests of the village; outside guests are not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the water park.

What services are available in the village?

Within the Holiday Park Spiaggia e Mare complex, you will find the following services:

  • Mini-market: with fresh bread, cold cuts, meat, fruit and vegetables, international newspapers and magazines, camping equipment, beach items and lots of games for your children. Gluten-free products are available.
  • Laundrette: located in front of the mini-market, it is equipped with washing machines and dryers (detergent included).
  • Wi-Fi: the Wi-Fi service is provided for a charge of €20 for the entire stay and can be purchased at the reception.
  • Bicycle hire: bicycles for adults are available – enquire directly at the facility for charges.
  • Night parking: our facility has a silence curfew between 11 pm and 7 am. If you wish to leave during those hours, you can park your car in the reserved and illuminated car park located inside the village. To use this service, please contact the reception desk on the day before departure.
  • Safe deposit boxes: we provide safe deposit boxes for your valuables in the reception area; we charge a €15 safe deposit box fee for the duration of your stay. Access is allowed during cash desk opening hours (9 am to 12 noon and 4 pm to 7 pm).
  • Beach service: guests who book a village accommodation unit are entitled to a beach amenity kit comprising one beach umbrella, one sun lounger and one deckchair. All guests can hire beach umbrellas and sun loungers directly at the beach bar. The service cannot be reserved beforehand.
  • ATM: a cash withdrawal machine is available next to the reception desk. At the reception desk, we accept all major credit cards. Checks are not accepted.

When do I need to vacate my pitch?

The pitch must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure; after this time, the following day will be charged.

Is there an RV Service?

An RV service with loading and offloading is available on Zelkova Street; it is reserved for guests of the camping village and can be used from 8 am to 8 pm.

What are the accommodation facilities?

Accommodation and equipment

  • All accommodation units are equipped with kitchenware and bed linen (blankets, sheets and pillows) and a welcome basket for the kitchen.
  • All accommodation units are equipped with a dishwasher except for the Marina, Riviera and Sweety Room mobile homes.
  • Accommodation units are not equipped with a coffee machine.
  • All accommodation units are equipped with a microwave oven except for the Marina, Riviera and Sweety Room mobile homes.
  • All accommodation units are equipped with an outdoor masonry barbecue except for the Marina, Riviera and Sweety Room mobile homes.
  • All dwelling types are equipped with satellite TV.
  • All types of accommodation have air conditioning.
  • All types of accommodation have a reserved parking space.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed in the mobile homes Marina, Riviera, Cottage and Smart with an additional cost of € 5 per day for end-of-stay sanitization.

Timetables and Prices

  • Arrival and departure times: arrivals are checked in at 5 pm, and departures are at 9 am. If you arrive early, you can check in and access the village common areas (restaurant, swimming pool and beach).
  • End-of-stay cleaning is included in the accommodation fee for stays of at least seven nights).
  • Arrival days: arrival for all accommodation stays for a minimum of seven nights is unrestricted.
  • Extra persons: the accommodation units can accommodate up to a maximum of five persons; base prices include four persons. An extra charge of €25 per night applies if there is a 5th guest (separate prices are listed for 4- and 5-person stays). There are no accommodation units catering for six persons.

What are the restaurant opening hours, and what services does it offer?

The pizzeria restaurant is open daily from 12 noon to 2.30 pm and from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm.
Non-reservable full board and half board service are available on request on-site.
Both the restaurant and the pizzeria provide a takeaway service.
Children’s menus are available.
The bar is open daily from 7.30 am to 11 pm
The beach bar is open from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm. It offers snacks with sandwiches, burgers, salads, fruit, shakes and ice cream.

Do you have accommodation units and services accessible for disabled guests?

Yes, the new Smart Mobile Home is a disabled-accessible unit with an access ramp, accessible bathroom, beach walkway and beach umbrella adjacent to the walkway. One of the village toilets is also fully equipped for use by disabled guests.

What are the booking terms?

  • A deposit of 30% of the full cost of the stay will be required to confirm your booking.
  • You can also add Holiday Assistance travel insurance at an extra cost of €50.
  • The balance is due 14 days before arrival by credit card or bank transfer.

Deposit refund:

  • 100% of the full amount is refundable if you notify us of your cancellation at least 60 days before the start of your booked stay.
  • 50% of the full amount is refundable if you notify us of your cancellation at least 30 days before the start of your booked stay.
  • No refund shall apply if you notify us of your cancellation on the 29th day or later before the start of your booked stay.
  • Refunds are paid net of postal and bank charges.
  • Camping pitches are booked by paying a deposit amounting to 30% of the full cost of the stay.

Cancellation procedure:

  • 100% of the full amount is refundable if you notify us of your cancellation at least 30 days before the start of your booked stay.
  • No refund shall apply if you notify us of your cancellation on the 29th day or later before the start of your booked stay.
  • You must notify us of your cancellation in writing by email to cancellazioni@campingspiaggiamare.com, specifying the surname and name of the booking party and the booking number.
  • Cancellations notified by telephone will not be considered.

Can cars be driven inside the village?

In compliance with the silence curfew, cars are allowed inside the village between 7 am and 11 pm. After this time, cars should be parked in the car park at the entrance to the village.

Cars may be driven inside the village during the siesta silence curfew from 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm, but guests are requested to refrain from noisy behaviour during that time.

Are there mosquitoes in the village?

We are located near the Comacchio Valleys and the Po Delta Biosphere Reserve, so we are affected by mosquitoes to varying degrees depending on the weather conditions. We regularly carry out winter spraying against larvae to reduce the phenomenon.

Are the services and activities open throughout the entire season?

For the 2024 season, the opening dates of the main services are as follows:

  • Village: 19/04/2024 – 07/10/2024
  • Water park: 19/04/2024 – 06/10/2024
  • Swimming pool: 05/05/2024 – 06/10/2024
  • Guest Entertainment: 18/05/2024 – 14/09/2024
